  • Develop, execute and drive a strategy for the continuous improvement of production/service systems and standards, capacity, efficiency, productivity, operational processes, cost reduction and overall company performance

  • In conjunction with the company directors, roll out the medium to long term implementation timetable for continuous improvement, maintain and report the progress.

  • Lead and manage the completion of continuous improvement projects within a given timeframe, to meet the company/department goals in productivity, quality, efficiency, profitability and safety.

  • Support the department managers in performing a detailed gap analysis across department processes, performance, and operational plans.

  • Engage and inspire employees to recognize and realize process improvement opportunities, coach and train them.

  • Lead and participate in LEAN events, drive and track the implementation of improvement and change initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies and process digitalization, identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


  • In depth practical experience of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, VSM, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, OEE and other LEAN methods and tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  • 3 or more years of experience in a management role and in a LEAN manufacturing environment.

  • Track record of driving standardization, simplification & continuous improvement across key business processes.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex projects to positive results.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to facilitate change and motivate colleagues to practice continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in Latvian and English.

  • B category driver license.
